QRAFT turns account data into executive-ready QBR narratives. Not a template filler. Not a summary generator. Actual strategic storytelling written the way a 10-year CSM veteran would.
No credit card. No CRM integration required.
Account name, ARR, wins, blockers, renewal date, ticket refs. Five minutes. No exports, no API tokens, no IT approval.
Subject–Verb–Insight headlines, Pyramid Principle structure, Experienced Operator language. No filler, no vague summaries.
Fix & Regenerate up to 3 times with coaching between drafts. Export to PowerPoint or run through Shine for headline polish.
Apply QRAFT Shine to your generated review or your own deck for executive-grade slide formatting and visual polish.
Each product is standalone or part of a single end-to-end workflow. Use what you need.
Turn a five-minute form into a complete QBR narrative. ARR, wins, blockers, renewal date — QRAFT structures it into a deck that reads like a senior CSM wrote it on a good day.
Every section leads with the conclusion. No preamble, no filler. Pyramid Principle throughout.
Already have a deck? Upload it. QRAFT rewrites every slide title into Subject–Verb–Insight structure. "Q4 Review" becomes "Revenue Growth Stalls as Expansion Deals Miss Target."
Body copy stays yours. Only the headlines change and they carry the entire narrative weight.
Every QBR season, the same problem: five accounts due this week, all different stages, all expecting executive-quality storytelling. Most CSMs spend 3–4 hours per deck. Half of that is fighting slide structure and trying to remember what happened in Q3.
QRAFT is the tool that should have existed ten years ago. Fill in what you know. Get back what you'd have written if you had two more hours and a ghostwriter who's done this before.
Pushkar spent over a decade inside enterprise Customer Success at American Express India, Cvent, and deep in the Palo Alto Networks ecosystem where technical complexity meets board-level scrutiny every quarter. The QBR problem wasn't something he read about. It was something he lived through repeatedly, across different industries, different account sizes, different exec audiences. The deck always took too long. The story was always the last thing to get attention. QRAFT came out of that experience. Not a side project, A genuine belief that CSMs who are good at the job deserve tools that don't let them down in the room.
Shipped and live. No placeholders.
Flag what's off, QRAFT rewrites it. Up to 3 iterations per session, with coaching sidebars between each draft so the next one lands closer to what you need.
Every headline now follows Subject–Verb–Insight structure. "Q4 Review" is gone. Your slides open with the actual point. Deduplicated metrics across sections.
Reference Jira or Salesforce ticket IDs in the form. QRAFT surfaces them in context — exec sees the blocker and the tracking number in the same sentence.
Two distinct workflows. Bring your existing deck to Shine and just fix the headlines. Or start from scratch with Generate. No forced bundling.
Migrated to a dedicated Supabase project. Response times improved significantly. Delete flow, dashboard, and draft history all work reliably now.

We understand that a $600k renewal depends on more than just good slides—it depends on secure data handling. Here is our operational blueprint for privacy.
Your strategic account data is never used to train global AI models. Data processed through our enterprise-tier APIs is used solely to generate your specific review and is never harvested for pattern learning.
QRAFT is hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) infrastructure. This provides enterprise-grade data sovereignty and localized low-latency for APAC teams, while strictly adhering to international data protection standards (including GDPR) for your global customer base.
We architected QRAFT with data isolation as a day-one requirement, not an afterthought. We follow the principle of Least Privilege Data. QRAFT is designed to extract only the specific metrics and ticket references (like Jira/ServiceNow IDs) required for your review. We encourage the use of operational identifiers rather than PII.
We only integrate with providers who meet SOC 2 Type II or GDPR standards. Every byte of data is handled through secure, tokenized API calls.
Managed PostgreSQL and Auth. Handles encryption-at-rest and cryptographic isolation.
Claude LLM. Data is covered under enterprise-tier terms (Zero model training).
Storage, compute, and physical security. SOC 2 Type II compliant.
Payment Processing. We never touch your credit card data; it is tokenized end-to-end.
Email delivery. Transactional only (password resets, receipts).
Background job infrastructure. Logs retained for operational debugging only.
